Small Business Banking Partnership Program
In April 2011, Leader Bank participated in the Small Business
Banking Partnership program. The SBBP is a program between Massachusetts banks and
the Massachusetts Department of Treasury, designed to spur small business lending
and promote job creation.
Since its inception, Leader Bank has closed 85 loans totaling $16.1 million through the SBBP as of March 31, 2013.
These loans have helped to create 299 jobs in Massachusetts. We at Leader Bank
are proud to be a part of this program, supporting the small businesses that drive
job creation.
