Documents Required

• If you are Salaried: Provide last years W-2 and your most recent two pay stubs or if you are self-Employed: Provide two years (Complete) Personal Tax returns (2 Years business tax returns if corporation or owns more than 25% of business).
  
  
• Provide latest two months bank statements for each bank, stock, mutual fund and retirement account. 
  
  
• If you own rental property provide rental agreements or most recent tax returns. 
  
  
• If you are not a U.S. Citizen , Provide copy of green card or H1-Visa. 
  
  
• Provide copy of divorce decrees if applicable. 
  
  
• Purchase and sale agreement or copy of deed (if the loan is a refinance).
