His extensive career spans leading institutions including Merrill Lynch, U.S. Bank, and Silicon Valley Bank, giving him a deep understanding of best-in-class private banking practices.

At Leader Bank, Joel brings this institutional expertise with a clear mission: to build the premier relationship-based private banking experience on the West Coast. Joel was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and studied economics at U.C. Riverside. When not providing his clients with world-class service, Joel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking and hosting large dinner parties, traveling, fishing, and working on racecars.
