As 1031 Exchange Manager at Leader1031, the qualified intermediary subsidiary of Leader Bank, I oversee the structuring and administration of tax-deferred exchanges for investors and their advisors. I bring more than 15 years of experience across the real estate lifecycle. Following studies in architecture, I began my career in construction management, serving as Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent for prominent residential and commercial development firms. I later moved into real estate, where I directed more than $250 million in transactions as a principal listing specialist and Vice President, and founded SEI Construction, a licensed general contracting and development company. My work is grounded in a practical understanding of how real estate is entitled, built, financed, and sold, and in long-standing relationships with the attorneys, accountants, and brokers who advise on those transactions.
