Leader Bank's Commitment to Community Development
Leader Bank has prioritized community engagement since its founding more than two decades ago. Supporting the communities we operate in is a core value for Leader Bank, and we are proud to live up to this by meeting the financial needs of all members of the communities we serve with innovative banking and lending solutions. The Bank is also dedicated to investing in our local communities through financial education efforts as well as philanthropic donations to local charities, non-profits, municipalities, and community groups from both the Bank and the Leader Bank Charitable Foundation Corporation. These efforts align with the goal of the Community Reinvestment Act to provide the communities we serve with lending products, financial solutions, and philanthropic support.

Perkins School for the Blind
Leader Bank was a proud sponsor of Everybody In! Walk/Move for Perkins Event. It's Perkins School for the Blind's largest event of the year and raises funds to create opportunities for the 240 million children around the world with disabilities.
BBJ Corporate Citizenship Award Event
Leader Bank was among the 96 private companies recognized for charitable giving in Massachusetts with more than $162,000 donated to local charities, non-profits, local municipalities, and community groups in 2023.
Rotary Club of Arlington
At its 100th anniversary celebrations held on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, the Rotary Club of Arlington honored Sushil Tuli, Chairman & CEO of Leader Bank, with the prestigious Paul Harris Fellow Award. This recognition is awarded to individuals who have made substantial contributions to their communities, embodying the spirit of selfless service that the Rotary Club represents.
9/11 Day
Leader Bank team members joined more than 30,000 volunteers nationwide to help pack meals for fellow Americans at risk of hunger as part of 9/11 Day. This annual event aims to keep the promise to "Never Forget" through acts of unity, kindness, and charitable service. The meals packed at The TRACK at new balance were distributed around the Boston area to help families in need.

Supporting our community members is the foundation of Leader Bank's mission. We proudly partner with organizations like Boston Housing Authority to put community members on the fast track to homeownership.
