Vani Singh has more than 25 years of experience in commercial and residential lending, underwriting, portfolio management, and risk oversight. She leads the Bank’s commercial credit division, including credit policy, underwriting standards, and risk management practices.
Her expertise includes commercial real estate, SBA and HOA lending, and residential and commercial credit administration. She brings a balanced, disciplined approach to credit decisions, supporting prudent risk management and sustainable growth.
Vani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University and is committed to developing lending professionals, fostering collaboration, and building high-performing teams focused on credit excellence.
