In the "Settings" tab select "Alert Settings." Select the "New Alert" button at the top right.

In the "Settings" tab, select "Alert Settings." Select the existing alert and toggle it on or off with the slider on the right. If you want to fully remove the alert, select "Edit," and then select the "Delete" button at the bottom of the page.

You can set account alerts, history alerts, online transaction alerts, and reminders. Alerts are not in real time, there may be a delay between when transactions occur and when you receive an alert.

Only log in from trusted and secured systems. Do not share your digital banking credentials with anyone or any platform. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account contact our Client Services team at 781-785-8111 and change your password immediately.

Multi-factor authentication, or MFA, protects your account by using a second source of verification before granting access to digital banking. This can be a one-time code or token being sent to you via email, voice, or text.

Once logged into digital banking, in the Security section select 2-Factor Authentication. Select "Add Contact" and the type of channel for multifactor authentication. Add in the requested information for the channel you have selected.

Touch ID and fingerprint login use fingerprint recognition technology, allowing you to perform tasks on your Apple or Android device with just your fingerprint. With this feature enabled, you can quickly and securely access your accounts using our digital banking app on your mobile device.
