Alli joined Leader Bank in 2023 after grad-school and kicking off her mortgage career helping Loan Officers with creative solutions for connecting with real estate agents and educating homebuyers. Multiple generations of her family have worked in real estate in a variety of ways, and she is currently working alongside her father at Leader Bank who has 20+ years of experience as a Loan Officer in central Massachusetts. She works with future and current homeowners who are looking for home financing solutions that are easy to understand and support their short- and long-term financial goals. Since getting licensed in 2021, Alli has been dedicated to developing accessible education to empower homebuyers. She strongly believes that with the right planning, your mortgage can be a powerful wealth-building tool that supports your lifestyle. When she's not reviewing pre-approval applications, Alli can usually be found teaching homebuyer classes locally and online, hiking with her Labrador, Elliot, planning her next trip to a National Park, or making new connections at local networking events.
