With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Jake began his career in retail banking before discovering his passion for helping people achieve homeownership. This led him to transition into the mortgage field, where he now specializes in working with a wide range of clients from first time homebuyers to seasoned investors purchasing their tenth property.

Jake is dedicated to finding the right mortgage solutions for every customer, taking pride in exploring every possible option to help clients secure their dream home. His commitment to service and community extends beyond his work at Leader Bank.

An active volunteer in the Berkshires, Jake gives his time to several local organizations, including the North Adams Lions Club, Elder Services, Northern Berkshire United Way, and BFAIR. His efforts support older adults, individuals with disabilities, and community-wide initiatives, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life in the region.
