Bio
Ross joined Leader Bank in 2013 and has been a member of the prestigious President’s Club since 2015. Ross prides himself on an honest, straightforward approach to lending. Ross believes it’s best to educate the borrowers on what the lending process entails so that they can make well-informed decisions on what products are best for their individual needs.
Ross currently lives in Needham with his wife, Alisa and daughters, Nora and Autumn. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, being outdoors as much as possible, and is a huge Boston sports fan.

My go-to mortgage broker for years now!
Ross Godin with Leader Bank has been my go-to mortgage broker for years now. He's helped me through some complicated real estate deals over the years and I can't imagine going to anyone else. Leader Bank is also incredibly user friendly, not just on the mortgage broker side. Every time I need help with checking, savings, etc I email the same person, not just a robot on the phone. Highly recommend this team...it's really the way banking should be done.
