I have happily used Rob's help previously for a mortgage and a refinance. He's a great communicator, always responds quickly and in terms you can readily understand. When I called Rob about setting up my pre-approval time was of the essence. We found a home that we loved and the open house was less than 24 hours away. Rob, stopped what he was doing and worked on the pre-approval for my wife and I. Once our offer was accepted Rob and company made the entire process easy. My loan was a little more complicated as part of my income is self-employed and they handled that with ease.
