Leader Bank Named 2025 Top Remote Workplace by Monster

ARLINGTON, MA (September 8, 2025) – Leader Bank, N.A. has been named one of the 2025 Top Workplaces for Remote Work by industry leader Monster as part of a survey conducted by Energage aimed at recognizing employers who prioritize creating a people-first remote work culture.

Leader Bank earned the recognition based on team member feedback, with results evaluated by comparing responses to research-based statements that predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

“We pride ourselves on fostering a flexible and positive remote workplace culture for our team members, which in turn allows us to improve our team by hiring top talent from across the country,” said Jay Tuli, President of Leader Bank. “It’s particularly meaningful to see our team members affirm our dedication to remote work with their feedback in this survey.”

The 2025 Top Workplaces for Remote Work award celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees cultivating exceptional remote working environments. Leader Bank currently has more than 400 team members working across 28 states.

“Being recognized as a top remote workplace is a reflection of our commitment to supporting all of our team members – no matter where they work from,” said Wes Perry, Senior Vice President and Chief Talent Officer. “We’re proud to provide the tools, trust, and resources for our team members to thrive, while continuing to deliver the exceptional service our clients expect.”

Leader Bank was also named one of the top places to work in Massachusetts this year by The Boston Globe as part of their annual survey – the fourth year in a row and the eighth time since Leader Bank’s founding in 2002 that it has made the list. The Bank was also recognized as part of Built In’s 2025 Best Places to Work in Boston Awards for the third year in a row.
