Leader Bank, N.A. has been recognized as part of Built In’s 2024 Best Places to Work in Boston Awards. In addition to Leader Bank, the annual list includes some of the biggest names in the technology space across the United States.

Built In determines the winners of their Best Places to Work Awards using data about the compensation and benefits companies offer, weighing criteria such as remote and flexible work opportunities, programs promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and other people-first cultural offerings that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
