How to Request a Payoff Quote and What Information to Include

To begin your loan payoff, please contact our Client Services team:

Please note: The loan balance shown in online banking is not a valid payoff amount. To ensure we process your request accurately, please include:

  • Loan Number
  • Borrower's Full Name
  • Requested “Good Through” Date (must be within 30 days of the request)
  • Reason for Payoff

Please note: Multiple payoff requests within a 30-day period may incur a fee.

 

Sending Your Payoff Quote to a Third Party

If you would prefer the payoff quote be faxed or emailed to a third party, such as an Attorney Office, please complete the authorization form HERE.

 

How to Make Your Payoff Payment

Once your quote is provided, payment must be made using guaranteed funds only. Accepted forms include:

  • Certified checks
  • Treasurer’s or cashier’s checks
  • Attorney IOLTA or conveyance account checks
  • Wire transfers

Please note: Personal checks are not accepted.
