Pleasant And Helpful
My best experiences with Leader Bank have been in the Burlington location. Everyone is pleasant AND HELPFUL! Recently we asked Gino to help with a ridiculously convoluted issue with BillPay sending out checks with our administrator's name, rather than our business entity names. Within a week we issued checks from both entities and they now have the business name on them. Gino had to listen and wade through the details to put together facts for the back office. He is patient and always friendly, and clearly knows how to get things taken care of. We really appreciate the staff there!
