Meryl Watson has over 25+ years of experience as one of the top mortgage loan officers in Massachusetts. Her ability to always serve the best interests of her clients and her seven-day-a-week availability has made her the #1 loan officer for new purchase business in her market consistently year after year. Meryl's motto is: "There is no such thing as banker's hours, I am available when you need me".
In 2023, Meryl helped launch Leader Bank’s Cape Cod Mortgage Office with the goal of bringing the Bank’s innovative mortgage solutions and the same exceptional service that her clients and referral partners have always relied on to Cape homebuyers.
Meryl is actively involved in the local community, serving as Treasurer of the Falmouth Realtors Scholarship Fund. She resides in Falmouth with her husband and two children. In her spare time, you will find her cheering in the stands at her son's basketball games or at the barn sharing her daughter’s love of horses.
